I reached out for help with a lawsuit, and instead of providing clear guidance, he focused on a hypothetical scenario where the person I’m suing could countersue—um, duh, anyone could sue anyone. Replied last February 27, 2025I don't know who "Jordan" is and I have not been using AVVO for years to communicate with potential clients. In addition, I would never have said ". . . if a countersuit happened, 'he could be the judge,' and I wouldn’t want to be on the receiving end." Perhaps this reviewer has confused me with someone else.
