I can't thank Eliot Krieger enough for his help and very prompt response. He was so nice, helpful and knowledgeable. He took a lot of time with me to discuss my issues and provide advice. He also said if I had any additional questions to feel free to call him again. I spoke to his office staff as... well and they were extremely helpful too. I highly recommend him!

Although he interviewed me and took A VERY LARGE RETAINER,,,,,,,,his firm JARVIS, KRIEGER AND SULLIVAN are scams,,,,,,,,,,,I had them going into the second year, THEY DID AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE although they didn't mind taking the monthly pay checks.............when I fired them my bill was 46,000 th...ey tried me to sign off on the case,,,,,,,,,,,,,,BE CAREFUL..........they altered the charges to 92,000.......I crossed it off................they are very unethical and overrated. NO NO NO

I came to Jarvis, Krieger and Sullivan to handle my divorce. I discovered that my wife was secretly sending thousands of dollars of my money abroad to various deadbeat family members of hers. In the financial statements filed with the Court, she admitted nothing. I hired Jarvis, Krieger and Sulli...van and they did an incredible job. They hired a forensic accountant and were able to find that my wife in fact sent several hundred thousand dollars off-shore. Ultimately they got the court to award me 100% of the value of the money wired overseas (not just the 50% community interest I thought I had). They even got the Court to force her to pay my attorney’s fees. Although they are not the least expensive law firm, you get what you pay for. I did switch attorneys within the firm mid-way through my case, but it did not matter since both attorneys I worked with were superb. They always returned my calls and were masterful in court. On the first day I met with Eliot Krieger who asked me what I wanted out of the divorce. What I got far surpassed my expectations.

I recommend Eliot Krieger and his firm Jarvis, Krieger and Sullivan with 5 stars, 1000%. I was divorced 10 years ago, and things were going ok between me and my ex. We had 50/50 custody. Then I found out that my wife was going to move with the kids out of the state. My kids are still only 11 and... 13 – and I have a great relationship with them. I was ultimately assigned to an attorney who was amazing in Court. Eliot was always there to respond to issues, and the attorney who worked my case, Andrew Klausner, was amazing. My attorney made things so difficult for my ex in court and it become obvious that the Court would rule our way, that ultimately my ex “decided” not to move away.
