I consider myself exceptionally fortunate to have had Brinda Gandhi as my representative during my divorce case against my incredibly difficult adversaries. My ex-spouse (motivated by her brother) initially filed for divorce in CA court, but after a couple of years, they (she and her parents) resorte...d to filing false and invalid dowry harassment cases against me and my family in India. Despite knowing that those cases would eventually be dismissed, my ex-spouse refused to settle outside of court. Additionally, she kept the divorce case open in the CA court as a potential weapon against me in the future, while also denying me access to my son.
