It's taken Mr. Wasserman one year and 5 months to do absultly nothing. Being a layman to the California law system was where Mr. Wasserman took full advantage of the situation, first off he put the case off for over a year before it was realized a contract was never made between us. He was hired in a... divorce case to collect on divorce settlement which the two important things that needed to be filed were never done.A simple change of plan order and a Quardo releasing the divorce settlement founds. Instead Mr. Wasserman spent the last month refusing to take my calls, Intimdating my witnesses, Disrespecting in his office in front of personal and witnesses, Myself confronting him on the outragous amount that I was being charged for his services. 15%-25%, Mr.Wasserman not being able to follow instruction or the guild line set fourth by insurrance company. Then refusing to give back my divorce papers after he was terminated including refusing to have my parking ticket stamped. Very unprofessional and very bitter man.

He handled my divorce / child custody case for one year. In that one year, he filed one paper with the court. He constantly told me he was working hard on my case and that he had it under control. After I found out he hadn't been showing up to court for me, he confessed that he just had too many c...ases to handle. He is aged out of his profession and needs to be put out to pasture. Needless to say, I got all my money back, but I wasted a year of still being married to an evil woman and not seeing my kids.
