Charles Steven Yesnick

From origination to termination, as outside counsel for many clients, Mr. Yesnick both handles directly and manages most aspects of business related litigation including product liability defense.

As set forth more specifically in the other categories, as outside counsel to many clients, Mr. Yesnick handles a full compliment of business related transactions, negotitations, counseling, and litigation.

As outside counsel to many clients, Mr. Yesnick handles a full array of business agreements and contracts, both foreign and domestic, including, but not limited to stock and asset purchases, employment, licensing, distribution and dealer agreements.

From origination to termination, Mr. Yesnick has formed business entities of all types for foreign and domestic business ventures. Further, he had responsiblity for advising and handling corporate related transactions and drafting all types of corporate documents including operating agreements, bylaws, meeting minutes, and corporate resolutions.
