Biography
Takin Khorram has nearly 20 years experience in juvenile dependency, child custody and family law. He has unique experience in foster care litigation, having litigated for almost 15 years at Edelman Children’s Court on behalf of children, parents, and the social service agency in juvenile dependency proceedings. He was a Deputy County Counsel for nine years where he supervised Department of Children and Family Services (“DCFS”) litigation and acted as advice counsel to DCFS senior management for administrative hearings for Los Angeles County. As such, he is strategically able to advise and represent clients through all aspects of litigation and foster care involvement.
