Raymond David Green

Please BEWARE when hiring this attorney!! We hired Raymond Green to complete our Estate Plan back in the Fall of 2021. Upon our independent review of the Trust (since the Trust was not reviewed with us at signing) we found the trust was not written based on the answers we provided on their questio...nnaire. The most glaring error was our beneficiaries were not listed correctly. I called and emailed the office for 9 months without any results and finally hired a separate attorney to make the corrections. The 2nd attorney had the corrections completed in 2 days!! I have since requested a partial refund from Raymond Green's office but have not heard back. I have filed a complaint with The State Bar of California and plan to file a small claims case for the additional funds the separate attorney charged for the corrections. This is disheartening because I, in good faith was patient with his office hoping Raymond Green would do the decent thing and complete the job he was hired to do. Our estate plan is a high priority for us since it included a special needs trust for our son with autism. Please beware when hiring, I feel Raymond Green didn't prioritize our file as our family does not have vast wealth.

Raymond Green is an outstanding lawyer and individual. He is compassionate, ultra-intellegent, highly educated and very fair-minded. His explains things in detail and in such a way that the client can understand him. He never "dummies down" and shares his knowledge freely.
