If you have made it this far to this website for Peter Niemiec, look no further.
I was the owner, along with 6 others, of property that had a gas station on it for 50+ years. We looked to sell the property, only to realize that due to its environmental challenges; we were in need of an Environmental Attorney. If you are the owner or you wish to buy such property, be aware, you will need to hire an environmental attorney, as there is not a broker who could begin to address the many issues that will arise during any sale negotiation.
We needed an Access Agreement/Indemnity with the oil company. Peter proved by his written and verbal communications his expertise in ALL manners regarding the drawing up, negotiations and any aspects in regards to properties with environmental issues such as ours, and believe me, it proved to be very complicated. Without Peter, we would never have been able to even think about selling the 50+ year family property.
If you are considering Peter, just know he is quick, efficient and a no nonsense attorney. He will let you know what can and can’t be done, and if you give him the autonomy, he will work tirelessly on your behalf and see it thru to the completion of the task you hired him for.
If you wish to confirm his experiences and credentials, then please look at his webpage. You can call or write him; when I contacted him he was out of the country and I got a reply within 24 hours. That is the kind of dedication and service you will receive from Peter.
Kevin Daehnke, Environmental and natural resources Attorney
Relationship: Worked together on matter
Peter is a superb lawyer. He has significant environmental law experience, especially in the "contaminated site cleanup" and "Brownfield redevelopment" arenas. I have worked as environmental co-counsel with him and have served with him as a co-presenter on a Los Angeles County Bar Environmental Law Section program. I consider him a valuable resource.
