Douglas Bruce Spoors

   Douglas B. Spoors is an attorney with 27 years of experience. His general practice included international contracts, DFEH/EEOC and employment claims, franchising, and general litigation and appeals. He has negotiated numerous disputes involving employment claims and debtor/creditor issues. He has drafted and negotiated international contracts with parties in Europe, Thailand, Singapore, the Philippines, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia. He was a partner in the law firm Spoors & Sienski and served as General Counsel for Joe Wells Enterprises, Inc., Fanié International, and White Pearl Botanical Cosmetics.

   He was educated in the U.S. and Europe. He received his B.S. from California State University, Fresno, with a double major in business and finance. He received his J.D. in 1989 from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, and his LL.M. in International Business Practice in 1990 in a joint program with the McGeorge School of Law and the University of Salzburg, Austria. He has practiced law in Bangkok, Thailand and California. He is licensed to practice before all courts in California, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, and the United States Supreme Court.
