Daniel Nguyen passion for problem solving. Whenever he has presented with a complex issue, I immediately run through all the scenarios in my head on how to quickly and efficiently resolve the problem. Daniel focus on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) primarily through negotiation and mediation. Its main approach is to find the best solution for both sides that satisfies my clients objectives without alienating the opposing side. He believes this approach not only accomplishes my client’s goals but also builds and maintains professional and personal working relationships.
He started his mediation firm in 2012 with the name of Divorce Mediation Services LLC. Where he has the privilege of helping people resolve their disputes through collaborative mediation. A big part of his business listening to clients, helping them understand their situation, and finding alternative ways to solve their problems.
Daniel attended San Jose State University, where he earned a degree in Kinesiology and he also went on to attend law school at Thomas Jefferson Law School in San Diego, CA, where he studied and trained in Negotiation & Mediation Theory. He graduated as a distinguished member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society and won the Prestigious 2012 Tulane National Baseball Salary Arbitration Competition. Daniel has been admitted to the District of Columbia State Bar since 2015.
