Mr. Hong heads the immigration and litigation practice group. Mr. Hong’s international practice focuses on assisting businesses involved in acquisitions, expansions, contract restructuring and negotiations of various agreements with governments and foreign companies in Asia. He has particular expertise in the representation of foreign-based international companies and investment groups seeking to do business in the United States.
