Jose Gonzalez

Jose Gonzalez is an incompetent attorney at his best and malicious and rude normally. I unfortunately hired Jose Gonzales from Santa Ana based Berman, More and Gonzalez law to be my workers comp attorney. Not only did he never return or answer my calls, his phone receptionist was the only person I ...could reach for any comments regarding my case. The worst part of all, JOSE GONZALEZ MISSED MY DEPOSITION! He didn't even bother call to say he would not be there nor did he bothered to reschedule. So I was battered by opposing counsel with no legal representation. I almost feel as though he's being paid illegally by opposing counsel to throw my case. Needless to say I immediately Fired him. Please be warned of this horrible office. Perhaps the high rates are from his partner More or Berman, who I asked for in the first place. Their plate was full so I got talked into accepting Jose Gonzalez. Big mistake, this attorney did not even graduate from a major university! I should have done more research on Gonzalez. I am a real person currently on workers comp due to a serious injury. Jose Gonzalez made my difficult situation even more hellish.
