Laila Havre Jacobsma

Ms. Jacobsma is a prominent workers’ compensation and personal injury attorney in Southern California who has been practicing law for over 28 years, devoting her practice to advocating for those injured in accidents. She began her career as an attorney with the Law Offices of Charles R. Weldon in 1993. Ms. Jacobsma takes pride that her reputation is earned by providing high quality, compassionate and aggressive legal representation. This reputation garners her the numerous referrals from past clients, attorneys and judges, and is the foundation of the success of her firm. She is the past President of the Southeast District Bar Association and has served on the Board of Trustees for over a decade. Ms. Jacobsma also served as a mediator, arbitrator and early neutral evaluator for the Los Angeles Superior Court’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Panel. She has been a member of the Cerritos College Paralegal Advisory Committee for over 15 years along with being a member of California Applicants’ Attorneys Association.
