Attorney Tomas Requejo is awesome. I have been growing marijuana for about 10 years, and a few years ago, I took my growing to a commercial level and started to grow indoors. I had taken out all the needed permits from the local agencies, but on February 7, 2016, a the LASD and DEA raided my indoor f...arm and seized all of the marijuana and destroyed most of the evidence. I was looking at a minimum of 10 years, plus I had about 15 firearms. I was charged in Federal court with growing marijuana with the intent to distribute along with possession of unregistered. Mr. Requejo upon examination of the warrant, he discovered flaws in the search warrant and discovered that all my firearms were registered to my name. Subsequently, it was discovered that a 16 firearm had been added to the evidence report. Mr. Requejo examined the serial numbers on all firearms and found that one firearm was had been previously been in possession and in DEA records for the last 5 years from a previous drug bust. In addition, Attorney Requejo discovered that the marijuana lab samples submitted to the court as evidenced were not the same of marijuana I was supposedly growing. Through the aggressive and investigate techniques of Mr. Requejo, the charges were dismissed based on evidence tampering. I was looking at a combined 20 years to life based on the charges, and I am thankful for Mr. Requejo for his professional handling, in depth knowledge of the Federal and Marijuana laws in California.
