When I got pulled over for a DUI, I thought I was doomed because I knew it was going to be my word against the officers', and without an attorney I was going to be found guilty by default. I was facing a DUI, my blood test, confirmed the DUI charge. Esq. Requejo did not think that was an issue in my case. He informed me of the fact that CHP officers make mistakes and even lie when they write their reports...! He proved himself correct by his comparison of the CHP officers report to th...e video of my chase and arrest. He also found mistakes with the DMV aspect of my case.
