Client was charged with domestic violence. A charge that carried a year in jail and termination from client's profession in military. I firmly believed in my client's innocence. We were able to gath ... er info from two other incidents where the alleged victim was the aggressor and showed a pattern of conduct. We were in the process of jury selection, when the DA threw up the white flag and dismissed the case.

Client was home when a police officer aggressively attempted to enter their home looking for a suspect.
