Pray for God’s wisdom, especially when your children are involved

so so sad. I am a brokenhearted father writing from personal experience regarding Minors’ Counsel, Robert Waddell, in my family law case. While I was representing myself, I provided Minors’ Counsel with documents and information raising serious concerns about my children’s well-being, including me...dical issues, injuries, and what I believed to be neglect, emotional harm, and alienation. These materials were provided before custody orders were issued, and also raised again afterward when my children’s condition had not improved. At the time, two of my children were unable to walk normally and required mobility assistance. Seeing my children in pain, limping, and emotionally distressed was devastating—especially given that their mother works in the medical field. From my perspective as their father, the situation required urgent and careful attention. Despite repeatedly raising these concerns and providing documentation, I felt unheard. In my opinion, Minors’ Counsel continued to support the mother’s position while my children’s physical injuries and suffering persisted. Years later, my children continue to struggle with unresolved injuries and limitations, which has been heartbreaking to witness. I am not writing this out of anger, but grief. As a parent, I expected Minors’ Counsel to independently and thoroughly consider evidence related to my children’s health and safety. From my experience, I do not believe those concerns were adequately addressed. This review reflects my personal experience and opinion as a father who continues to advocate for his children’s well-being. I have two children that have been in and out of wheelchairs over nine different doctors. Still at this day, grieving suffering seeing my children, not being able to really compete in life so so sad. why me God. why my kids ?

Not a good person

My father hired this pos. He is scum. I would not recommend this sad excuse for an attorney to anyone I care about.

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
