Biography
Leticia graduated from law school and passed the California bar exam both in 2013. Prior to becoming an attorney, since 2004 and all throughout law school, Leticia worked as a certified paralegal in immigration law. An immigrant herself, Leticia soon found that helping immigrants was her passion, which made her decide to go to law school and become an attorney. During law school, Leticia also broadened her knowledge of different fields of law as she interned at the crime trial unit at the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office, and gained personal injury experience through working for a personal injury law firm in Hollywood.
Leticia is focused entirely on immigrationlaw: her practice includes immigrant visas (family-based petitions, citizenship applications, VAWA applications, U visas, asylum, immigration court proceedings) as well as business or non-immigrant visas (such as H1Bs, Eb2s, O1s, and E-2s, etc).
Leticia is actively involved in her community, regularly volunteering at immigration clinics.
