Years later, when serious issues arose involving my ex-wife, I turned to Janet and her firm that I had trusted with such an important part of my life. What followed was dee...ply disappointing. At a time when I needed guidance, support, and a sense that someone genuinely cared about my situation, I felt abandoned. After the considerable expense of my original representation, I never imagined I would find myself feeling so alone when new problems arose. Instead of the reassurance and personal attention I had hoped for, I was left frustrated, emotionally drained, and facing the additional burden of finding another law firm during an already difficult time. I understand that attorneys cannot guarantee outcomes. But I do believe clients deserve compassion, communication, and a genuine sense that their concerns matter. Perhaps others have had better experiences. I can only speak for myself. The greatest disappointment wasn't the money. It was discovering that the firm I had once trusted was no longer a place I felt I could turn to when I needed help the most.
