At Your Own Risk!

Regarding a real estate matter I was a client of this individual who never returns phone calls. He operates off of an i-phone, has no office staff, a tiny office in Korea town, and will give you a sales pitch on how he performs. Basically he is all talk. He insists on upfront monies and does no...t perform. He will charge you for services such as motions, trials etc. and after you prepay he will do nothing for you. He will leave you "hanging out to dry" facing court deadlines and default with no paperwork filed. You will wind up paying another lawyer again to do the same work he was originally paid to do while wasting your time and money as well has screwing up your case. Avoid him like the plague is an understatement!

The Eviction Magician

I have used Dan to represent me in 3 different unlawful detainers filed against me by an insane landlord. Dan charged me a fair price to handle all 3 cases. When we got into court, he SMOKED the plaintiff's attornies and won all 3 cases. He is well known in the eviction courts at Stanley Mosk Cour...thouse, and knows RENTERS RIGHTS inside and out. I recommend him unconditionally for anyone who is being evicted in Los Angeles. Dan is an angel and a savior! Whoever is complaining about him obviously did not have Dan defend him in court. He is a wonderful man and a wonderful attorney.

avoid him like the plague!!!

This atty is completely unprofessional. He gave me wrong advice which resulted in my unknowingly forfeiting the settlement I had entered into when he represented me. He would not return my phone calls for three weeks later citing "being busy". His "volunteer" who answers the phone a couple hours per ...day was extremely rude to me over the phone. I have been unable to get the receipt for the second installment of my fee payment. This guy is a crook.

Happy Clients

We were referred to Attorney, Dan Marquez by a client, a long time friend who had a successful outcome as Dan Marquez legally represented her in her case against her landlord. We hired Dan Marquez as we too were having issues with an illegal tenancy and belligerent landlord, Dan was very knowledgable... and had a great strategy which led to a settlement outside of court and coming out on top where the landlord was at a loss. I have recommended Dan Marquez to other friends and family!
