We are located in Torrance and represent clients in Los Angeles, Orange County and the surrounding areas of Southern California.

We understand that everyone's needs are unique. Recognizing that one size does not fit all, we tailor our advice to fit your special circumstances. Depending on your situation, you may need a Will, Trust, Power of Attorney, Advance Health Care Directive, Conservatorships, or Guardianship.
Typically, our clients are heirs or beneficiaries in probate or trust estates, or a fiduciary such as an executor, administrator, personal representative, conservator, trustee or successor trustee, guardian or individual or couples seeking estate planning advice. For example, if you have been nominated as the Executor in a Will, or are named in any other fiduciary capacity, we can guide you through the probate process to help your matters proceed smoothly. If you are a conservator, or plan on filing a petition for a conservatorship, we are here to help. A significant portion of our practice focuses on Conservatorships that put in place legal protections for loved ones who are vulnerable due to a disability or illness.
We can prepare legal documents that protect your family, your loved ones, your property and you. Our law firm assists in special needs planning for individuals with disabilities and their families, and creates and administers Pet Trusts.
