Knowledgeable and thorough guide through the legal process

From the first consult Stoller provided a lot more detail of what to expect during probate, schedule, pace, statutory and extraordinary fees than the other consults I had which I appreciated as a granular person myself. When we were working together he helped me with family dynamics, real estate ...closings, ancillary estates and guidance on what is proper as a Probate administrator. As is typical with probate it was a long slog but eventually we got it resolved. I appreciate all that he and his team did for me to help me start the next chapter of my life.

I am fortunate to have Lorenzo representing me

Lorenzo is an excellent probate attorney. I feel extremely fortunate to have found Lorenzo to guide me through the myriad of issues I've faced while settling my late sister's estate. He is always there to answer my legal questions and provide helpful referrals to get the job done. Amongst the many... issues Lorenzo has helped me solve are: the eviction of a squatter during Covid, finding an estate tax preparer, identifying and creating legal stipulations on real estate sales documents, and most of all coordination with another lawyer from another state to settle my dad's and sister's estates, which are intertwined, concurrently. He is friendly, astute, polite, cost conscious, and has a great staff at The Probate House to work with.

The Absolute Best

I cannot say enough great things about what a pleasure it was working with Lorenzo. My only regret is that I hadn’t found him earlier. My mother passed away in 2021 and I needed a probate attorney to properly handle all the affairs of her estate. The initial attorney I found ended up dragging my case... out almost 2 years and squeezed me for as much money as he could before I’d had enough. Lorenzo came highly recommended by a friend who’d lost her mother the same year. Long story short, he got everything wrapped up for me in less than 6 months. I now own my childhood home and have all the supporting paperwork. Lorenzo and his team are the perfect storm of professionalism, efficiency and compassion. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I will never forget that he agreed to take on this case being that it had already been initiated by another attorney. I’m so grateful to him. I got the best result possible in this situation thanks to his guidance. I HIGHLY recommend him!

As good as you can have!

From the very beginning interactions I had with Lorenzo it was clear I was in good hands. He is extremely positive, friendly, informative and compassionate. He worked on getting court documents needed for a special situation of a trust I am handling. I live on the other side of the country from wh...ere my deceased relative lived making the process much more daunting. I can't just drive down to the courthouse! Lorenzo efficiently reviewed my documents and provided what he felt was the best course of action (and least expensive) where other attorneys had been non committal. I felt good about the process and outcome. If you have an estate to settle, you will need a proficient attorney. I can't imagine anyone better at navigating the intricate CA probate process than Lorenzo and his firm. I highly recommend his services and look forward to working with him again.
