James M. Dolenga

I started the Law Office of James Dolenga over 25 years ago representing clients with severe physical and mental limitations that kept them from being able to work.  Many had lost everything and had no where to turn.  By helping to get them on Social Security disability and MediCare, I afforded them a chance to regain some financial stability and to get necessary medical treatment to regain some control over their lives.  I soon realized that prior to their disability most of these clients had no plan to handle their affairs if they were hospitalized, unable to care for themselves or passed away.  When I decided to add estate planning services I quickly realized the prices that were being charged for a basic plan to simply provide direction in the event of incapacity and to distribute property to children at death kept many people from doing this critical planning.  I joined a national organiation that allowed me to provide the highest quality documents at a fair price.  If more detailed planning is needed, my office can provide that as well.

I started the Law Office of James Dolenga to protect clients and their families in their times of need and that is what I still do today.
