This is untrue. However, since she doesn't have the money to pay the fees, she can request a "fee waiver" using form I-912.

You may want to consider applying for cancellation of removal. This certainly does not involve going "to jail". You may have other options as well.

Since your father got his green card under the SAW program 20 years ago, CSPA would be of no help to you. Why didn't he ever bother to petition you?
