You can pay the bond amount. If it is too high, he can request a "bond redetermination" hearing from the Immigration Judge.

You can have "concurrent" H-1Bs for both companies. You can decide which of your two employers will sponsor you for permanent resident status.

If your parents stay outside the U.S. for "over two years with travel permit" (Do you mean a Re-Entry Permit?), they will lose his permanent...

There are no general temporary visas for RNs unless you are a citizen of Canada or Mexico. A few RNs may qualify for H-1B visas, but most nursing...
