If you are a U.S. citizen, and you and your boyfriend get married, you can immediately sponsor him for a green card.

If you entered on a B-2, and your I-130 was approved, you should ignore this letter and simply apply for adjustment of status.

Your husband needs to file separate I-130s for each of you. You and your son should simultaneously file I-485s, I-765s, etc. You husband also...
