We had a contract on a contingency basis for a sexual harassment suit and she failed me as my lawyer. I wish I never signed that contract with her and trusted her to take care of me as her client. Now that my statute of limitations is up, I cannot go after my old employer for sexual harassment even t...hough I had a rock solid case and proof. She failed me by never responding to my emails or phone calls to her office after she sent out the notice of representation to my old employer. I did not know anything about the law with this sort of case and she assured me she would take care of me and be with me every step of the way. She waited until after my contract of a year was up with her office and then had her receptionist call me (the first time hearing from them back in OVER a year) and stated that my contract was up, there was nothing they could do any longer, and have a nice day. DO NOT HIRE HER! SHE WILL WASTE YOUR TIME LIKE SHE DID TO ME! They won't even return my calls now so that I could get a copy of the contract they have on file to make sure that there isn't any differences from the one that I signed and she gave to me. Still haven't heard anything from her or her office.
