I develop individual and comprehensive estate plans for my clients, recognizing each client’s unique needs and objectives and offer appropriate estate planning tools such as wills, revocable trusts, special needs trusts, durable powers of attorney for finances and advanced health care proxies.

We represent the Executor or Administrator throughout the court process from the initial petitioning of the court for their appointment until the Court approves the distribution of the estate.
