Gavin Hachiya Wasserman

Mr. Wasserman represented my mom as her PVP attorney in hearings for her conservatorship. I worked with Mr. Wasserman for over a year and found him to be of consistently high ethical and professional standards. Mr. Wasserman is highly knowledgeable of elder and probate laws and in at least two sepa...rate instances sacrificed his self-interest to do what was best for my mom. In my experience, to find such integrity is rare and should be lauded. Although I didn't win the case, I couldn't be happier that Mr. Wasserman was assigned to my mom's care. The result for my mom was excellent.
