I wanted to take a moment to write a VERY positive review about my experience with Mr. Borden and his legal team. There really are not enough words to explain how thoughtful, confident and professional Mr. Borden’s legal demeanor is and how he guided my family and I through a very difficult time. ...My family and I were undergoing a very messy will settlement. We had hit an impasse in which one member of the family had determined they were owed the entirety of the will and had proceeded to have it changed after the passing of one of the will’s signing members. The remaining family, myself included, believed we were helpless and without any recourse. Luckily, we were put into contact with Mr. Borden, who immediately read and clearly explained the wording of the will, our rights, and recommendations on how to proceed. He offered immediate relief, and a much-needed positive, yet practical, outlook on the case.
