Vicki Roberts

I met Vicki by chance in line at the Clerk's Office at the Santa Monica Courthouse. I needed to fill out some forms and was quite flustered having never dealt with these matters before. When Vicki noted the situation I was in she stopped and took time out of her day to help me complete the forms an...d get them filed. While I was not in a position to retain Vicki, she continued to provide me with guidance and assistance several times without any reservation. Further, she always did so with kindness and compassion and asked me to keep her updated on the progress of my case. She was genuinely interested in helping me out of true compassion, and knowing the situation I was in, asked for nothing. Vicki is the "real deal." She is an outstanding and knowledgeable attorney and a truly kind and caring person. When I need legal services for my business, Vicki will be the first person I call.

Mrs. Roberts helped me fix my custody order that was terribly written and un-fair to my son. After working with an expensive lawyer, and an unattentive lawyer, I was hesitant to hire another lawyer for my case. Mrs. Roberts answered her own phone, spoke to me about the issues I was having and sent ov...er the agreement and sub. of attorney so she could get started on my case which was only 2 weeks away. Her pricing is reasonable, incredable in fact considering what I had paid in the past and all the issues we addressed. Mrs. Robberts even sent her paralegal to meet me at the court with a paper I needed and had sent to her by mistake. She gave a great pep talk and supported my choices entirely. In court, Mrs. Robberts fought for my son, and I can say I am over the moon with the judgement we got. I can also say my son was very happy with the new changes and I thank Mrs. Robberts for giving my son a chance to have a normal life without having to go to court over and over. She even did what she could to keep my costs down. I reccomend her to anyone who is more concerned with what's best for their child than anything else, she can understand your requests and works hard to fight for your child's best interest! I had some questions regarding an entertainment contract that I entered my minor daughter into in December. I was concerned with the wording of the contract and called Ms. Roberts to ask if she would be able to review it for me. Rather than setting an appointment and requiring me to to go into her ...office, she reviewed the wording over the phone with me, put me at ease and refused to accept payment. Attorneys like Ms. Roberts can be few and far between. My previous experiences with attorney was horrible and left a bad taste in my mouth however Ms. Roberts changed my whole attitude making me realize that there are still caring attorneys that are in the occupation for the right reasons-to defend others and do what is right. I recommend Ms. Roberts 100%!!!

She is a genuine and compassionateperson and an excellant attorney. Ms. Roberts was the attorney for my elderly father's complicated divorce and property settlement. She was remarkable in her efforts in getting the judge to see the urgency in settling the case without costing the parties lots of ex...tra money. Her pricing is more that fair for the expertise recieved.
