Despite the circumstances I have to say that it was a pleasure working with Joe. He exceeded my expectations. Joe genuinely cares about his clients and does his best to get them the best outcome for their case. His rate is fair for his excellent services. I was taken to jail for car insurance fraud. I retained attorney Pertel, I let him know I wanted to possibly plea to a misdemeanor in my case. I was facing two felony charges. He said let me see what I can do. We went to court, the prosecuter presented their part of the case and then Pertel presented... my side of the case. In short (which happened to be a very long day) Joseph Pertel had the case thrown out. I could'nt believe it. I'm glad I hired him and I'm glad I didn't take a deal. To bad he doesn't do custody, my children's mother is taking me back to court.

Joe Pertel was referred to me from my personal Attorney who had developed serious health issues and no longer was able to practice law.
