Joseph Andrew Pertel

Despite the circumstances I have to say that it was a pleasure working with Joe. He exceeded my expectations. Joe genuinely cares about his clients and does his best to get them the best outcome for their case. His rate is fair for his excellent services. Joe works to move the case along as quickl...y as possible and is respected by judges and district attorneys alike. I can not say enough about how much of a great attorney Joe is and I have referred many clients to him. It is hard to find a honest attorney that will fight for you but I can honestly say that Joe can and will get the job done.

I was taken to jail for car insurance fraud. I retained attorney Pertel, I let him know I wanted to possibly plea to a misdemeanor in my case. I was facing two felony charges. He said let me see what I can do. We went to court, the prosecuter presented their part of the case and then Pertel presented... my side of the case. In short (which happened to be a very long day) Joseph Pertel had the case thrown out. I could'nt believe it. I'm glad I hired him and I'm glad I didn't take a deal. Since then, I have recommended attorney Pertel to a few of my family and friends and they have all been very satisfied with the outcome of their cases. To bad he doesn't do custody, my children's mother is taking me back to court.

Joe Pertel defended me in a criminal lawsuit which stretched for over two and a half years. He not only initially was able to bring my felony down to a misdemeanor, but he gave me solid legal council and directed me in the right direction while dealing with my case. Joe made sure I was aware of every...thing that was going on, and even dealt directly with the insurance company's lawyers when I was having difficulty getting through to them. I will be somewhat vague to keep this as anonymous as possible. Joe is not your typical attorney. He went out of his way to really fight a tough, convoluted, and complicated criminal case for me from 2003-2007. A corrupt D/A (who ended up transferring to a different office after the case), dishon...est detectives, an incredibly inefficient and disorganized court system, fabricated evidence, and a bankrupt accuser who was looking to play the court system for a payday were some of the things he had to deal with. Without his help I can't even bring myself to think about what might have happened.
