Moses Estate Planning is an estate planning & asset protection law practice that provides customized, comprehensive legal services tailored to fit the varying and multi-faceted needs of today's individuals and families.
We understand that families come in many forms, and whether you are just getting started with your estate plan and are looking to avoid probate through a revocable living trust, or whether you are in need of more advanced legal services geared towards asset protection, business formation, and/or estate tax planning, we have the knowledge and expertise to help identify your goals and to bring those goals to light.
Beyond our capacity to provide the highest quality legal services, we strive to provide an elevated level of communication, understanding, and compassion to our clients as we advise and support. We understand the pressing needs of our clientele, and therefore in addition to offering office appointments at our Santa Monica, Sherman Oaks, and Pasadena locations, we also offer evening, in-home, and Skype appointments for convenience.
