Biography
Naveed Mahboobian has practiced in all areas of civil litigation, in many jurisdictions throughout the country. He has worked on numerous mediations, arbitrations, trials, and appeals, appearing in state and federal courts.
Representing plaintiffs as well as defendants, Mr. Mahboobian has successfully helped a variety of clients avoid lawsuits, defend against claims, and recover judgments and settlements. Mr. Mahboobian represents production companies, entertainers, entrepreneurs, business owners, developers, nonprofit foundations, and people who have never needed the services of a lawyer before. Some of Mr. Mahboobian’s representative matters include entertainment and intellectual property disputes, first amendment cases, real estate and construction matters, constitutional rights issues, and Freedom of Information Act lawsuits.
Outside of litigation, Mr. Mahboobian has extensive experience as a transactional attorney.
