Biography
Drawing on over a decade of broad, hands-on experience working among the finest lawyers in Los Angeles, my boutique practice specializes in entertainment and general corporate transactions, intellectual property and pre-litigation counseling. I am excited to provide my clients with the sophistication and advocacy skills of a former big firm trial lawyer and the negotiating savvy of a boutique transactional lawyer, all delivered with a personal touch.
