• Providing labor and employment counsel and implementation of employment structures and human resource strategies for growing and established entertainment companies, including drafting and negotiating employment and independent contractor agreements, non-disclosure agreements, liability releases, termination/separation agreements and releases, reviewing and advisement on company handbooks, rules and procedures, employment equity structures and severance packages.
