Jeffrey Wittenberg at Wittenberg Law took my money and run!

Jeffery was very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable BEFORE HE GOT the Money. ONCE he got the money the attitude changed 100%. Not only he was not on my side anymore but he was not showing any enthusiasm on my case with SEC. I felt like I paid him for being on SEC side not me. When I asked... him for advise he didn't give out a word and asked for MONEY which is reasonable. When he got the money, he said he is not going to tell me what steps is better to be taken or not. I was very surprised because I think this is what lawyers are for. So, I canceled his service and he refused to refund my money. Basically, I sent him $2000 and he refunded $1000 of it. He never gave me 1 word of advise and refused to give me what to do at all even after not refunding the money!!!

The author of this review has chosen to remain anonymous. Perhaps it was written by a disgruntled adversary, or maybe even a securities fraudster who is attempting to keep victims of securities fraud and other abuse from hiring a truly gifted securities lawyer. It seems that AVVO will allow anyone to write anything on their website. Don't fall for the anonymous author's ruse.
