Biography
I am one of the founding partners of Davis*Gavsie & Hakim, LLP. I have been practicing labor and employment law for more than 26 years.
Our firm exclusively handles labor and employment law matters, such as sexual harassment, wrongful termination, discrimination (on the basis of race, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, medical condition (cancer), sexual orientation, marital status, pregnancy), retaliation for protesting discrimination, harassment or other violations of law (whistle-blowing), wage and hour issues, negotiation of employment contracts and separation agreements, preparing employee handbooks, investigating discrimination and harassment charges, sexual harassment training, and providing advice and counsel to employers. I also conduct Mediations of Employment cases and disputes.
