Cecilia was a pleasure to work with. I had recently been let go at my job for no apparent reason other than that I was an older woman. I was then replaced by a younger male employee less than a week afterwards who was a friend of the manager. She had a lot of experience with these types of cases a...nd knew exactly how to help.
