Cecilia Son was my lawyer on an employment case. She did incredible work on my case. Cecilia communicated promptly on items needed and moved quickly with filing requests and submitting demands. To say that Cecilia is "excellent" is an understatement. I met with several firms before being introduced to Cecilia at Shegerian. I'm gonna start off saying first, I highly recommend this firm to anyone dealing with workplace disputes and or workplace harassment. Shegerian and associates is such and amazing informative, helpful, understanding firm. From my free consultation, to meeting my new attorney Cecilia Son I was assured ...some justice would be served, I was sexually harassed at my last work place by my manager, and when I finally brought it up to upper management I was told, " if I didn't like the way things were ran here I can go " and so I did. Being a man no one thinks it bothers you when someone verbally or physically " jokes " around with you like that. Or it doesn't get under your skin, well it does. Especially when you have encountered harassment like that as a child. From very speedy updates, emails, and notices from my attorney and her paralegals. Not only did Cecilia do such an amazing job with my case and settlement, she also helped me seek help for my physical and emotional issues as well. She handled my case in such a timely matter. I don't think I can say anyone else would have gotten justice served as fast as her and this firm did not to mention I live 60 miles a hour and a half away, I almost never had to come down to the firm as they have such great communication and very informative paralegals, as well as the nice lady's at the front desk, EVERYTHING was mostly handled via email, fax or phone. Cecilia and the team made everything so easy for me. I can finally get over this chapter of my life and try and move on. Anyone who doubts, down talks, or even says they had a horrible experience when never even getting past the consultation don't believe it.
