I attended Attorney Collins’ seminar year’s back when I first became a client. I remember being thoroughly impressed with the information. I took a lot of notes and by the end, I had a whole paper of information. A lot of people think they don’t need to do this because they don’t think they have a lo...t of money but the reality is, everyone needs this especially home owners. It’s the only way to protect your home from being probated. A friend of mine got a trust done and her excuse for not having one a long time ago was that she didn’t have children. Still, she had assets and these documents are crucial to making sure the state doesn’t get what you worked for. I support the Collins Law Group because they support the community and women. I like the fact that the firm is local because so many people assume that quality only comes from Beverly Hills. In reality, it isn’t true. If I didn’t get quality service here, I would not be a client. However, I am a client, so that speaks volumes. Attorney Collins values women’s success and the community which makes her firm so much better.

Attorney Collins’ counsel was open and honest. She was helpful in directing us and shared information that we weren’t aware of, such as financial planning and the differences between wills and trusts. During our first consultation, we especially appreciated the personal accounts that Ms. Collins shar...ed with us. She was very straightforward in expressing why our planning was crucial. Attorney Collins makes you feel comfortable with planning, despite the sensitive nature of death. Attorney Collins’ seminar on estate planning was understandable and very informative. She put the presentation in lament terms and did not use a lot of legal rhetoric. My first impression of the Collins Law Group is that they were very personable and professional. I received a postcard in the mail fo...r a presentation and left my reservation on their voicemail. I got a call back confirming the reservation and I was impressed by the promptness and friendliness. At my initial consultation, I appreciated another staff member because she made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. There’s a fine line between being professional and overly personable. The staff member, however, maintained a healthy balance and I appreciated that. She definitely made me feel like family without overly prying or trying too hard to make me feel welcomed. She was just naturally pleasant. At the Final Signing, the staff member allowed me to ask questions and my plan was comprehensive and thoroughly explained. Overall, I am satisfied with the Collins Law Group and their services and would definitely recommend them.

Attorney Caprice Collins was hired to review documents my father had done by a CPA. The documents were reviewed by her office and we learned that the documents were done incorrect and had them corrected. This was a huge educational moment and allowed me to continue to care for my father until his pas...sing from Alzheimer's disease. In addition, I was so pleased with the professionalism of the Collins Law Group that I referred my mother for assistance with a Living Trust to protect her assets. My mother stated that Attorney Collins made her feel extremely comfortable and assisted her through the entire process of the Living Trust. Upon completing the Living Trust, my mother had a binder with all her documents neatly placed and organized so that she could refer to them as needed. To date, Collins Law Group continues to follow-up with my mother to determine if there are any changes or up dates that need to be addressed. Lastly, Attorney Collins continues to educate us as clients through various workshops she offers for free throughout the community and newsletters her team sends regularly. What I've learned is that you don't wait until you're 70 years old to plan, it's never too early to Plan for the Future and protect your legacy.
