Reuben was hired to handle my workers comp case, I've only spoken to him 3 times out of the 2 yrs he's represented me and everytime he's like a broken record reading off a script with his the workers comp system is a broken system. He lays his assistant handle all of the work and she's not much help... either. They sit back and let defense drag their feet and his deadlines. He wanted me to file a secondary claim and told me his assistant world be contacting me to start the paper work...... that never happened. He never responds to emails and when you have a phone appointment scheduled with him that also never happens. He's lazy and just wants to collect his pay while doing as little work as he can
