Gary is meticulous

Gary was exceptional through out my case. His in-depth knowledge and impeccable questioning proved our case and was successfully dismissed & closed. I'll definitely recommend him without hesitation. Patience is a virtue that he has because this case dragged out for 4 years.

Finally able to put this all behind me.

Wrongful arrest, malicious prosecution, court appearances dragging over 3 years! Gary worked diligently to get my case dismissed despite numerous court appearances and long drives. Across 3 1/2 years, Gary was there for my wife and I. Very knowledgeable and steadfast in my defense. I'm thankful for h...is every effort on my behalf. Without Gary, I know things could have been terrible for my family. For this and for Gary...I am thankful.

John was referred by another client. Although the drive to court was 2 1/2 hours, what the police did was brutal, incompetent and dishonest. Eventually, the judge dismissed the case when we presented incontrovertible evidence of the lies that they told the court and the DA's office. A federal civil rights case was then pursued to settlement. This was a long slog and I appreciate John and his wife's patience and trust.

".....2014-2015 ary took over My case from David Kenner & Brett Greenfield & after Finances being rough for My family and payments going from scarce to none at all Gary did what nobody would do and remained lawyer of record and got the courts to rescind My 19 year conviction to only 9 years which bro...ught Me home in 2018 which allowed Me to spend the last four years of My Mother's life with her. I am currently in contact with Gary as I owe him literally and figuratively & his heart is one of gold!!! Forever indebted to Mr. Casselman..."

Great

Gary has helped me out a couple times he’s an amazing where he takes time to understand your problems and he works really hard to get your case dismissed he has gone out of his way on and off the clock for me so many times I can’t thank him enough

Kind and thoughtful about the client

Gary took my case and persistently followed up on tthe case. He did many things that I had no idea about apriori as I struggled with the severe depression from my loss If he isn't a God send Then I don't know what is. God bless him and his wife who he practices law with.

Thank you Mark. You have suffered a terrible loss of your son. The defense has been tenacious and the original judge held onto a dismissal motion for over two year before denying it and allowing the case to be successfully tried to a jury by my co-counsel, Haytham Faraj.
