I retained this attorney on a contingency basis for a wrongful termination matter. After initially taking the case, communication became extremely limited, and I went nearly two months without meaningful updates despite repeated requests for information. I was told my complaint had been “filed but... rejected,” yet no case number, filing confirmation, or court documentation was ever provided. Because I could not verify the status of my case or whether my legal rights were being protected, I ultimately had to terminate representation and request my file. Clients depend on timely communication and transparency, especially when legal deadlines may be involved. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
