Biography
Joe was named a Southern California Super Lawyer - Rising Star for 2011. His legal practice includes all forms of general corporate, business, title insurance, lending and real estate matters, including the leasing, buying, selling, financing, entitling and developing of residential, hospitality, commercial and industrial real estate. With respect to leasing, Joe has represented private equity funds, businesses and real estate companies in all forms of retail, commercial and industrial leasing matters. He also has experience handling SBA loans, complex title and title insurance matters, and workouts of distressed real estate projects.
In addition to his legal practice, Joe serves as a Commissioner on the Los Angeles County Workforce Investment Board and the Florence Firestone Economic Development Council, is a board member of the Century Sheriff's Station Foundation and formerly served on the City of Redondo Beach Budget and Finance Commission. He also provides pro bono counsel to a start-up private school in the South Bay as well as other various philanthropic organizations in the Los Angeles Area.
