Our firm does not back down against a fight against the District Attorney's office, US Attorney's office, or Immigration authorities (ICE).  We do what is best for our client, whether its through defending my client's rights through suppression motions or the right to be tried by a jury or the right to be sentenced fairly--I'm relentless.  I won't let you plead to a charge that is going to make you deportable or inadmissible--you got to fight your case or face deporation.  Hiring an immigration attorney after you are on probation is worthless and a waste of money; tackle the issues in criminal court in order to get the best result. 

I'm not one of the actors you see on tv; I don't yell at the judges or have fits with the DAs to get what my client needs; I have a reputation to uphold and at the end of the day, that carries a lot of weight with judges and prosecutors.  I've mastered camoflouging, spinning and diluting the bad facts from every type of case--facts don't disappear, so I present them in a different light.
