In 2007 I had a bad motorcycle accident. Mr. Kirby was referred to me by a friend who had used Mr. Kirby for a few accidents that he had and was very satisfied with the outcome and help Mr. Kirby treated everything. After my accident I was in a coma so I was not able to speak for myself or do anythin...g but Mr. Kirby was able to get everything taken care of so my parents were able to make decisions for me medically and financially until I was able to do that on my own. My case was pretty unusual but Mr. Kirby was never at any point hesitant to go for force with a lawsuit and ended up having to take my case to a full trial which lasted a little over two weeks and he was able to slam dunk it so well that the opposing counsel never even opted to call any witnesses to testify on their behalf.
