I hired Justin Nash. Justin Nash represented my Association. Justin Nash was hired to represent the Association on a case involving a Workplace Violence Temporary Restraining Order. He was up against a self litigant with absolutely no experience in the courtroom. This "Temporary" restraining was co...ntinued numerous times. The additional time to prepare was clearly not taken and his preparation was awful. The Work Place Violence TRO 10 "additionally protected" persons and over 15 companies that were additionally protected. Over the course of 2-3 days, Justin Nash brought in zero witnesses, had zero declarations, was routinely overruled and lost numerous objections to a self-litigant. It was shocking. He had no grasp on many of the most important facts in the case. In the end Justin Nash struggled to put together a serious argument with merits who why this type of TRO should be granted. His closing argument was desperate and focused more on feelings and conjecture than meeting the requirements of a permanent restraining order. Judge Riff at Stanley Mosk mercifully ended the trial with Nash being exposed. I would leave my full name because but Avoo's guidelines must be followed. I stand by this comment and hope the law office of Kulik Gottesman Siegel and Ware understand what will come from this and another pending case I have to defend myself with.
