Clauson (Tim) has been an excellent asset to our firm, particularly during its formative period, we always valued his counsel and objective approach and wisdom. He does indeed keep us whole.
He is always there when you need him, he delivers on his commitments at a modest fee.

Tim served as General Counsel for a nonprofit organization for 15 years. His expertise was invaluable for the start up, but his wisdom led us to become a $3 million dollar organization serving over 2,000 students in LA County. He has the perfect mix of legal knowledge, compassion, and education. Tim was a teacher, so his understanding of working with children was instrumental in setting the foundation. Tim has worked on any number of legal documents from joint ventures, MOU's, employee agreements, independent contractor agreements, policies for board governance, board resolutions, licensing agreements and legal memos. While Tim has left our board, I still reach out to him for his legal opinion, and I always will.

I have retained Tim for various engagements over the past ten or so years and have always found him be accommodating to meet my needs and the needs of engagement, whether it be litigation, SEC or corporate.

I have seen several of the answers of my colleague and they are consistently correct, well-analysed, and respectful of the asker. Any potential client would be lucky to obtain the services of such a fine attorney with these qualities.
